The best day of our lives, all thanks to Kiera. From the moment I first spoke to her on the phone, I knew she was the perfect choice to coordinate our day. She understood my vision completely and when I arrived at the venue on our wedding day, it looked as if it had been plucked straight from my imagination! It was perfect. Her insight and knowledge of the wedding industry is phenomenal and our day ran so smoothly despite all the hiccups along the way. Getting married during a pandemic is not easy but Kiera kept me sane through two postponements, assuring us that all was under control. Kiera was perfection from the first phone call we had. I don't even know where to start. Kiera was the first supplier I locked in and I was so happy we did. I was working with Kiera for 1 year and 10 months and I miss her every day since the wedding on 5th May! She is honestly one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She is perfect to be working with couples on their biggest day of their lives. She brings an energy that is calm, understanding and loving. Plus she is great at making a decision which for me was a perfect match. Kiera even helped me make a decision on my wedding dress colour (I went from white to blush) and it was the best decision I made out of the whole wedding! Kiera was so organised, I was in heaven. She loves spreadsheets as much as I do and all suppliers commented to me how all over everything she was. The detail she went to from setting up the table layout (we spent hours deciding on the napkin fold and she even draw me layouts) to making sure there was hundreds of candles everywhere, she made sure everything ran smoothly and that we all had the best night of our lives. Not speaking to Kiera every day definitely took some adjusting but I am so unbelievably happy to have met her and we are so thankful for everything she did for us. Without her our wedding wouldn't have been anywhere near what it was. I had so many people come up to me during, the day after and weeks after saying how it was the most professionally run wedding they had been to, yet it had such an intimidate and romantic feel. That is very hard to achieve and it was all thanks to Kiera. She really did take people through an experience, from the romantic ceremony (where there wasn't a dry eye), to the chilled vibe of canapés with games, acoustic music and yummy cocktails, to a warm and loving dinner and epic dance floor and band! She even created a very special sparkler and first dance moment under the tree of Earth House, which no one had done before. She delivered on everything and so much more. Living in NYC & planning a destination wedding for 110 of your nearest and dearest sounds like a recipe for disaster. Enter Kiera. From our first email, I was lucky enough to find someone as prompt, organized and efficient as I had hoped. Funnily enough, I emailed multiple planners in Byron & Kiera was the only one who replied quickly while everyone else took a multiple days if not weeks – this set the scene for a very attentive and responsive experience. I honestly cannot recommend Kiera at Creative Weddings Byron Bay enough. From the very beginning she was informative, responsive and listened to every detail we wanted for our dream wedding. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and she made everything so easy. All of her recommendations for vendors were phenomenal and many of how guests have told us that it was easily the best wedding they have ever been to (the best compliment ever).

We had Kiera on board with her 'month out' co-ordination package. Initially we had questioned whether we'd need a co-ordinator at all, but as it was mandated by the venue we went ahead with Kiera... thank god we did. We could never have imagined the complexity of planning and managing a wedding. There are so many intricacies to consider in the lead up, and a huge amount of administrative work. Having Kiera on board alleviated so much of this workload in the final few weeks when tensions and nerves were at their highest. She tied any loose ends which gave us complete peace of mind. Nothing went unnoticed or unaddressed. The whole day and evening was seamless. Kiera is incredibly easy to work with and although incredibly meticulous, also very down to earth, so we felt comfortable from the get-go with her guidance. Thank you for everything Kiera x

Kiera was incredible to work with. We had an October wedding Byron Bay and found Kiera after we'd found the beautiful Earth House as our venue. Kiera always had great recommendations, very in line with our style and taste - and everything came together so well on the day, we couldn't have asked for better suppliers. We had a few restrictions to work with at the time but Kiera and the team on the day ensured we were well informed and made the best of the situation. We had such a seamless and perfect day and our guests raved about the food from Figtree Catering and the staff and service. Our wedding was more beautiful than I imagined and we were beyond thrilled with everything on the day.
