work with me
Because a great wedding doesn’t happen by accident
This is where everything starts to feel lighter. The ideas make sense, the plan comes together, and the whole thing feels exciting instead of overwhelming.
CLEAR START
Wedding planning usually starts with excitement… and then quickly turns into tabs, screenshots, opinions, and questions. This is about slowing things down, working out what actually matters first, and starting in a way that makes sense.
STRONG FOUNDATIONS
Before you get deep into styling and details, the big pieces need to be right. Location, flow, logistics, timing.
When those foundations are solid, everything else is easier to plan and easier to enjoy.
A CALMER EXPERIENCE
The goal isn’t to plan more, it’s to plan better. With clarity early on, decisions feel lighter, the process feels manageable, and wedding planning starts to feel exciting instead of overwhelming.
YOU ARE SUPER WOMAN!
“
I can honestly say that from our first phone call I knew we were in the best hands possible. You made us feel at ease and ABSOLUTELY made our vision come to life!

full coordination
This is full support, not just help here and there. From the moment we start, you’re not planning on your own anymore.
You’ll have guidance through every stage of planning, so you always know what needs to happen next and what can wait. No guessing, no spiralling, no wondering if you’ve missed something important.
Everything is kept in one calm, organised place through your personalised planning portal. It becomes the hub for your entire wedding - budget tracking, guest list and RSVPs, payment reminders, inspo boards, your checklist, and more, so nothing lives in your head or across a million emails.
I help you lock in the right venue and vendors for your style, priorities, and budget, and then manage all ongoing communication and logistics with them as plans take shape. You’re kept informed, but you’re not chasing suppliers or managing details yourself.
Your wedding is brought together through a single, master planning document that covers layouts, styling notes, timelines, and logistics. This is shared with all suppliers so everyone is aligned, nothing is left to chance, and the day runs smoothly.
As the wedding approaches, I guide decisions, check in regularly, and keep everything moving forward without overwhelm or pressure.
On the day itself, an experienced on-the-day coordinator is onsite to oversee arrivals, setup, timing, flow, and pack down. Any questions, issues, or adjustments are handled quietly behind the scenes, so you’re never pulled into logistics or problem-solving.
You’ll also have unlimited phone and email support throughout the process for questions, reassurance, or simply talking things through when you need clarity.
The result is planning that feels supported, organised, and calm and a wedding day where you can be fully present, knowing everything is taken care of.
Partial Planning
This is support that steps in once the groundwork is done. You’ve locked in your venue, booked key suppliers, and you’re usually right around the styling stage - excited, but starting to feel the weight of the decisions still to come.
We start by reviewing what you’ve already organised and getting clear on what’s working, what needs refining, and what’s still missing. From there, I bring structure to the middle phase of planning, so things stop feeling like loose ends and start feeling intentional and manageable.
Your personalised planning portal becomes the hub for everything from this point forward. Budget tracking, guest list and RSVPs, payment reminders, inspo boards, your checklist, and more all live in one organised place - no digging through emails or keeping everything in your head.
I help refine your styling direction and bring cohesion to the overall look and feel of the day, making sure your choices work together visually and practically. If there are any remaining suppliers or hire items to secure, I’ll guide those decisions and help complete your team.
As plans evolve, I liaise with your existing suppliers to align logistics, timing, and expectations. You’re kept in the loop, but you’re not managing the back-and-forth.
Your wedding is brought together through a single master planning document that outlines layouts, styling notes, timelines, and logistics. This is shared with all suppliers so everyone understands the plan and how their role fits into the bigger picture.
In the lead-up, I check in regularly, guide final decisions, and make sure nothing important slips through the cracks, without adding pressure or overwhelm.
On the day itself, an experienced on-the-day coordinator is onsite to manage arrivals, setup, timing, flow, and pack down. Any issues are handled quietly behind the scenes, so you’re never pulled into logistics.
You’ll also have phone and email support throughout for questions, reassurance, or sense-checking decisions.
The result is planning that feels supported, streamlined, and calm, and a wedding day where everything comes together properly.
Month-Out Planning
This service is for couples who are confident planning their wedding themselves, but know they don’t want to be across every detail in the final stretch. You’re happy to handle the bookings, the vision, and the big decisions but you want an experienced professional lined up early to make sure everything comes together properly.
Month-Out Planning is booked in advance and begins with an initial consultation. At this point, we go through where you’re at with your planning, what you’ve already locked in, and what’s still ahead. I’ll offer guidance and advice to help set you up well for the months to come, while you continue managing the planning yourself.
From the time you book, your personalised planning portal is set up as the central hub for your wedding. It’s where everything lives - budget tracking, guest list and RSVPs, payment reminders, inspo boards, your checklist and more - keeping your planning organised from the start and ready for the final phase when I step in closer to the day.
Around four weeks out, I take over coordination. We begin with a full review of everything you’ve planned -suppliers, timeline, layout, logistics, and styling details to identify any gaps, overlaps, or pressure points and bring everything together into a clear, workable plan.
From there, I take over communication with your suppliers, confirming final details, aligning expectations, and making sure everyone is working from the same information. You’re kept informed, but you’re no longer managing emails, follow-ups, or logistics.
Your wedding is then brought together through a clear master planning document outlining the full flow of the day - timings, layouts, logistics, and responsibilities. This is shared with all suppliers so everyone understands the plan and how their role fits into the bigger picture.
In the lead-up, I guide final decisions, sense-check details, and make sure nothing important is missed, so the last few weeks feel calm and controlled rather than overwhelming.
On the day itself, an experienced on-the-day coordinator is onsite to manage arrivals, setup, timing, flow, and pack down. Any questions or issues are handled quietly behind the scenes, allowing you to be fully present and enjoy the day you’ve planned.
The result is confidence early on, support when it matters most, and a wedding day that runs smoothly without you needing to manage it.
